Return Policy


Thank you very much for your purchase at Nelson's. These are somethings to remember.
We set up deliveries as a.m. or p.m. It is impossible to give a specific time of the day, so please make sure someone will be home.
If you are not home for a scheduled delivery, there will be a delivery charge for the next trip. Once your furniture is delivered if there is any damage, we will repair or replace the defective piece without charge. We do however, reserve the right to repair the article in the home satisfactory to you. If repairs or adjustments cannot be made properly, we will be glad to replace the item when possible.
All delivery damage must be reported the same day as delivery. No claims will be honored after that period of time. It is our policy to unpack and set up the deliveries in the locations we deliver to. Drivers are not required to move your existing furniture, so please make sure your room is ready. If you would like to pick up your furniture, call before you come. Some items are not at this location.
Our Warehouse Hours are:
  • Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM
  • Saturday: 9AM - 4PM
Once you have picked up your furniture, Nelson's policy is no in-house service. Your purchase should be checked over before it leaves the store.
Special Orders: Average time is 8 weeks. However, it could arrive sooner or it could be later. We have no control over the time it takes to receive ordered items. Once your orders arrives you will be notified and given the soonest possible delivery date for your area. Customers must take delivery of the order once the order has arrived.
Nelson's also requires 20°/o down payment on special orders (something we normally do not stock). This down payment is non-refundable upon cancellation.
